These vouchers, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência, PRR), aim to support startups through non-repayable funding for:

• Research and Development (R&D) activities
• Acquisition of incubation, acceleration or consultancy services
• Recruitment of highly qualified human resources

Objectives

Support startups that have, or aim to develop, digital business models with a strong green component, namely those that ensure high resource efficiency, reduce pollution impacts, promote the circular economy, enable new energy production solutions, and/or are characterised by the use of open data or artificial intelligence.

Invest in highly qualified human resources that contribute to R&D activities or to the acquisition of incubation, acceleration or consultancy services.
