Mosaico is the Portuguese model for creating and developing digital public services. Join us for this session where Portugal will present its approach to digital public service design through strategic principles, service design stages and tools supporting the continuous improvement supporting public sector digital transformation.
The webinar will also present how structured frameworks and citizen-centered approaches can contribute to more coherent and digital-ready public services.

Isabel Sousa is Product Manager at ARTE (Portugal's Agency for the Technological Reform of the State), where she coordinates products supporting digital public services for public administrations, including Mosaico, DigitalGOV and Participa.gov. She previously served as Product Owner for the Mosaico project and oversaw the development and launch of the platform in 2022.
