Cloud Capacity-Building Matrix – HR Capacity Subgroup

Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 84/2020 of 9 October proposed the implementation of the Cloud Strategy for Public Administration, following up on the initiatives put forward by the Cloud Working Group between 2018 and 2020. In this context, a subgroup was created with the purpose of identifying the profiles and skills necessary for the proper adoption of Cloud in Public Administration.

To ensure that suitably trained human resources exist to meet new needs, a qualification plan was defined to guarantee that Public Administration has the necessary capacities to face new challenges, whether for the design and operation or for the procurement of Cloud services.

Thus, profiles were identified, and the need for Cloud-related training among Public Administration staff was established, taking into account the contributions of various public bodies and different Cloud providers.
