Cloud Strategy for Public Administration in Portugal

The adoption of cloud by Public Administration presents certain challenges that must be addressed. In this regard, the Cloud Strategy provides a diagnosis of the current situation and a vision for cloud in Public Administration. It identifies the main challenges in cloud adoption within the public sector and proposes a set of recommendations intended to drive sustainable growth in cloud usage.

The preparation of this document resulted from a study of the supply and demand of cloud services, incorporating input from key stakeholders. Various sources of information were gathered, including adoption frameworks, the European GEANT Framework Agreement for the scientific sector, and market studies.
