The National Smart Territories Strategy (Estratégia Nacional dos Territórios Inteligentes, ENTI) is an initiative aimed at digitally transforming municipal management and improving citizens’ quality of life. Through ENTI, municipalities gain access to advanced technology and digital tools that support more informed and efficient decision-making.

This project, approved by the Government, seeks to make Portugal a digital and smart nation, with a network of connected territories that foster inclusive and sustainable economic development, providing interoperable services focused on citizens and businesses, contributing to more informed decision-making and smarter management of essential resources.
