2021–2023 Digital Transformation Action Plan for Public Administration

The 2021–2026 Digital Transformation Strategy for Public Administration (Estratégia para a Transformação Digital da Administração Pública, ETDAP) seeks to contribute to a more digital Public Administration, delivering better services with greater added value, and being closer to citizens and businesses.

Organised around six strategic lines, this Strategy follows the path of digital transformation based on resource sharing, system interoperability, and the “only once” principle, with the aim of creating a Public Administration prepared to respond to the challenges of a constantly changing society.

This document sets out the Action Plan for the first three years of the Strategy, identifying for each action the entity responsible for its implementation and the expected timeline for completion.
