2021 Implementation Report of the 2021–2026 Digital Transformation Strategy for Public Administration

The publication of Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 131/2021 established that the Technical Committee of the Council for Information and Communication Technologies (Conselho para as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, CTIC) was responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Strategy and its Action Plan.

The Technical Committee’s Directorate presents the 2021 Implementation Report of the 2021–2026 Digital Transformation Strategy for Public Administration (Estratégia para a Transformação Digital da Administração Pública, ETDAP).

This report is based on the status of project implementation, as collected through the Sectoral Action Plan up to 31 December 2021, and includes the following elements: project status, percentage of project completion, amount already executed in euros, and calculated economic benefits of the project, in euros.
