Carrying out authentic legal acts via videoconference.
What is it?
Divorces, deeds, heir qualifications, and other authentic acts can now be carried out via videoconference.
Some authentic acts you can perform remotely
- Deeds or notarization of contracts for sale and purchase, usufruct, use and habitation, or surface rights.
- Casa Pronta Service, which allows multiple procedures related to the acquisition and registration of a property to be completed in a single process (including, among others, sales contracts, mortgage loan agreements, credit agreements with mortgage, donations, establishment of horizontal property, and division of common property).
- Mutual-consent separation or divorce procedures.
How?
Remote authentic acts are carried out through a platform provided by the Ministry of Justice, using videoconferencing.
