What is it?
The dematerialisation of invoice delivery allows companies to sign and send their invoices to customers by email in a secure, automatic and simple way, fully replacing paper invoices for all legal purposes.
Sending and receiving 100% of invoices online contributes to a more environmentally friendly and digital Portugal. This solution is provided free of charge to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and includes:
- Automated qualified electronic signature for invoice issuance
How? Through the Electronic Invoice Signature Service (SAFE) - Transition from paper-based invoices to digital invoices
How? Through the use of the Digital Single Address (Morada Única Digital)
