Academia Portugal Digital has a new look

Academia Portugal Digital has unveiled a new logo to reflect its core mission of driving the digital upskilling of citizens, workers and businesses across the country.

The platform continues to offer free, certified, fully online digital training alongside digital skills diagnostic tools that are available at any time on any device.

What is Academia Portugal Digital?
It is a free digital skills platform managed by ARTE – the Agency for Technological Reform of the State. Its mission is to open up access to digital training by providing certified content to all citizens, regardless of their age, location, or educational background.

63 certified, free and fully online courses

The Academy offers 63 free, fully online courses, organised by level — from introductory to advanced. The catalogue spans the following areas:

• Digital security;
• Artificial intelligence;
• Productivity tools;
• Programming;
• Digital content creation;
• Data literacy and analysis.

Courses are delivered through the NAU platform, and the certificates earned may count towards mandatory training hours.

Digital skills diagnostics

Academia Portugal Digital also offers five digital skills diagnostics, designed to give users a clear picture of their proficiency level in around 25 minutes. These cover:

• Search and browsing;
• Content creation and management;
• Communication and sharing;
• Security and privacy;
• Problem solving.

Based on the results, the platform recommends personalised learning pathways to each user's profile and skill level.
