Reference Architecture

To accelerate innovation in the development of public services, it is accelerate to promote the creation of a reference architecture that enables interoperability between existing solutions, facilitates the sharing and reuse of services and/or data, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Measure 3.1 - Public Services Architecture and Catalogue

Identify, map, and characterise public services, as well as the channels through which they are delivered, in order to organised and optimised the service offering in a way that best serves citizens and businesses.

Measure 3.2 - Data Catalogue and Interoperability

Referencing the solutions that support the provision of core public services, as well asthe data contained in the main registers, will enable the development of more rational and secure digital services.This will foster the reuse of existing solutions, maximise the return on past investments, and accelerate the development of new interoperable solutions.

3.2.1.

Provision of a catalogue of Public Administration's services and data on the Public Administration's Interoperability Platform (iAP), following the CES structure

Integration of all services into the Single Digital Point

Catalogue of data and services available on iAP

3.2.4.

Provision on iAP of a solution for cataloguing Public Administration APIs

3.2.5.

Promote the development of seamless/automated services and the "only-once" principle through iAP.

3.2.6.

Expand document interoperability to all Public Administration entities that exchange documents

3.2.7.

Promote the definition and evolution of the Public Administration's cross-cutting reference architecture to incorporate interoperability requirements, open data, and other relevant requirements, such as those necessary for smart city development.
