Strengthen the internal digital skills capacity of Public Administration organisations.

ICT Skills

The shortage of human resources in the digital domain presents challenges for the Public Administration. The digitalisation of Public Services, in order to meet the needs of various stakeholders, requires the appropriate skills. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen the internal digital capacity of organisations.

Measure 4.1 - Sectoral CxO (Head of the Digital Transformation Sector)

Ensure that the various aspects of the Digital Transformation of the Public Administration and government areas are aligned with a common transversal strategy, which includes an instance at the sectoral level.

4.1.1.

Train ministerial representatives for their digital transformation role

Measure 4.2 - TIC.GOV.PT Training Programme

Train professionals across different profiles, considering the evolution of good practices and the Public Administration Reference Architecture.

Create communities of practice to share knowledge on specific methodologies or technologies, enhancing human resource skills, promoting agile development, and facilitating the reuse of methodologies and software.
